Editorial Policy
EBES Anthology welcomes articles that are presented in one of the EBES Conferences. EBES Anthology is an interdisciplinary book that accepts any theoretical or empirical papers in all sub-fields of business or economics fields such as (but not limited to) management, ethics, marketing, finance, investment, organizational behavior, macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometrics and etc. The aim of EBES Anthology is to increase and enrich academic research on business and economics fields. Although it gives priority to research papers on Eurasia area, papers from related fields on any region or country are highly encouraged.

The publication of submitted manuscripts is subject to a standard refereeing process before publication. EBES Anthology follows a double-blind review process in which the name of the author is removed from the manuscript prior to its being sent out for review, and the referee name is not revealed to authors to maximize objectivity in evaluating the article. Acceptance/rejection decision for publication is given after the evaluation of the reviewers who are either the member of the editorial board or ad-hoc reviewers. They are responsible for assessing the quality, content and contribution of the submission.

Manuscripts submitted to EBES Anthology are handled by an editor, associate editors, a managing editor and reviewers. Papers are assigned to reviewer(s) on the basis of their field of expertise. Based on the refereeing process received from associate editors, the editor has the final authority for the acceptance or rejection decision of any article.

EBES Anthology invites all papers that are presented in one of the EBES Conferences and are not published or not being considered for publication elsewhere. When an article is published by the EBES Anthology, it becomes the property of the EBES Anthology.
