While submitting full papers is not required for EBES Conferences,
only completed papers accepted for presentation will be eligible
for the Best Paper Award. In order to be considered for the award,
completed papers must be submitted before March 26, 2020 and at
least one of the authors has to register for the conference. The
best and two runner-up papers are selected by EBES’s Award Committee.
The winner will receive “Best Paper Award Certificate” and his/her
conference registration fee will be refunded. The two runner-up papers
receive “Runner-up Award Certificate".
The award winner papers (best and two runner-ups) can also be published
in either EAER or EABR after review process. During registration, authors
will be asked if they want their paper(s) to be considered for the award.
Submission of a paper for the award implies that the work described has
not been published before, it is not under consideration for publication
anywhere else, its submission has been approved by all co-authors, if any,
as well as by the responsible authorities - tacitly or explicitly - at the
institute where the work has been carried out. EBES or its journals will
not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
