After the conference, we will dispatch the conference materials, including the presentation certificate and invoice, in PDF format. Additionally, for online presenters who prefer printed, signed, or stamped copies, we will send them via express postal service. Also, conference program/abstract book with ISBN and conference proceedings will be available on a cloud server for participants to download as well.

Abstract submission for the 52nd  EBES Conference will open on March 10, 2025. We would also like to remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is June 4, 2025. Also, the decision regarding the acceptance/rejection of each abstract/paper will be communicated with the corresponding author within a week of submission.
