Cancellation, modifications and no-show
Individual’s cancellation: Bookings may be canceled or modified free of charge up until 15th of December 2025. Bookings canceled after this date or in case of any no-shows, the booking’s full value will be charged.
Cut off: On 01st of December, 100% of rooms need to be sold, if not, they will be automatically released of charge.
Check-in (hotel rooms): Hotel rooms are available for check-in from 2pm on. If a room is available for early check-in, guests can check in early.
Check-out (hotel rooms): Hotel rooms must be checked-out of no later than 11am. If guests have not checked-out by 11am, a late check-out fee may be charged to the credit card on file. If guests have not checked-out by 4pm we may charge an extra night.
