Best Paper Award

In the 26th EBES Conference – Prague, the best paper award went to 

“Importance of Awareness of Default Risk on Conducting Monetary and Fiscal Policies” by Eiji Okano from Nagoya City University, Japan and Masataka Eguchi from Komazawa University, Japan.

We would like to thank to Professor John Rust from Georgetown University for his generous support to the Best Paper Award.

Runner-up paper is “Structure Demand Estimation of the Response to Food Safety Regulations in the Japanese Poultry Market” by Qizhong Yang from Osaka University, Japan; Keiichiro Honda from Prefectural University of Kumamoto, Japan; and Tsunehiro Otsuki from Osaka University, Japan.

Third paper is “The Effects of Non-European Takeover Bids on Targets in Europe” by Wolfgang Bessler from Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany and Gerrit Henrich from Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany.
