53rd EBES Conference – Madrid will take place on October 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2025 in Madrid, Spain. The conference will be hosted by Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universidad Complutense Madrid with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association.
 
The conference will be held in a hybrid mode. Thus, participants can either attend the sessions and present their papers face-to-face at the conference venue or choose to do the same through online platforms. For more information about the presentation modes, please click here. For now, only the first two days of the conference (October 16th and 17th) will be in-person and the last day will be entirely online. 
 

After the conference, we will send the conference materials: Presentation certificate and invoice as PDF and to online presenters who want them printed/signed/stamped via express postal service. Conference program/abstract book with ISBN and conference proceedings will be available on a cloud server for participants to download as well.

Abstract submission for the 53rd EBES Conference will open on June 1, 2025. We would also like to remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is September 16, 2025. Also, the decision regarding the acceptance/rejection of each abstract/paper will be communicated with the corresponding author within a week of submission.
