An adjustment of the value added tax can result in a recalculation of the rates. Should there be an introduction/change of a City Tax or other additional taxes or duties after the conclusion of the contract, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. Check-in/Check-out: Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day.
Cancellations: Individually called bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations/changes must be made in writing; the hotel staff is not authorized to give binding explanations in this regard over the phone. Cancellation must be made in writing and is only permitted for the entire period of the booking. The cancellation of individual days and/or individual services is not possible. This also includes early departure. In case of cancellation or non-use / non-arrival of the rooms and / or services after the above deadlines, 90% of the agreed price for the entire stay will be charged.

*The mentioned rate is per room and night, includes the service charge, as well as 7% VAT on net accommodation and breakfast of 15.00 Euro incl. 19% VAT. The city tax of 5% is not included in the room rate and must be paid by departure. If your stay is business related the city tax does not apply.
*The guaranteed check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest and the room keys must be handed over to the reception.
* Please note that the rooms must be occupied throughout. Partial cancellation of individual days is not possible.
Cancellations: Each guest can cancel his reservation free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. After deadline the Hotel is entitled to charge 90% of the agreed room rate per night.
