In the 40th EBES Conference, the Best Paper Award went to

“Labor Force Demographics and Corporate Innovation” by Francois Derrien from HEC Paris, France; Ambrus Kecskes from Schulich School of Business at York University, Canada; and Phuong-Anh Nguyen from School of Administrative Studies at York University, Canada.

Runner-up paper is “Pay Transparency and Entrepreneurship” by Walid Saffar from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong and Longfei Shang from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China.

Third paper is “Demographic Change, Secular Stagnation and Inequality: Automation as a Blessing?” by Arthur Jacobs from Ghent University, Belgium and Freddy Heylen from Ghent University, Belgium.
