For now, only the first day of the conference (January 14th and 15th) will be in-person and the last day will be online. If you are interested in participating in-person, please make sure to purchase fully refundable airline tickets and plan all relevant travel arrangements accordingly due to the global impact of the pandemic and unpredictable travel regulations.

After the conference, we will send the conference materials: Presentation certificate and invoice as PDF and to online presenters who want them printed/signed/stamped via express postal service. Conference program/abstract book with ISBN and conference proceedings will be available on a cloud server for participants to download as well.

Abstract submission for the 58th EBES Conference will open on September 1, 2026. We would also like to remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is  December 13, 2026. Also, the decision regarding the acceptance/rejection of each abstract/paper will be communicated with the corresponding author within a week of submission.
