In the 31st EBES Conference – Warsaw, the best paper award went to 

“Sovereign Debt Assistance and Democratic Decision Making” by Ruth Ben Yashar from Bar Ilan University, Israel; Miriam Krausz from Ashkelon Academic College, Israel; and Shmuel Nitzan from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
