60h EBES Conference - Istanbul
July 8-10, 2027
Istanbul, Türkiye
(Hybrid with both in-person and online paper presentation)

60th EBES Conference – Istanbul will take place on July 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye. It will be organized with the support of the Istanbul Economic Research Association.

The conference will be held in a hybrid mode. Starting with the 58th EBES Conference, the in-person and online portions of the conference will be organized separately. The first two days of the conference (July 8th and 9th) will be dedicated to in-person participation, and the third day (July 10th) will be entirely online. Regular in-person sessions will be held exclusively in person and will not be streamed or accessible online. During the in-person days, only special sessions — such as the opening speech, editors’ session, keynote speech, and the best paper award session — will be available for online viewing. Online sessions on the third day will be held fully online as usual. For more information about the presentation modes, please click here.

After the conference, we will dispatch the conference materials, including the presentation certificate and invoice, in PDF format. Additionally, for online presenters who prefer printed, signed, or stamped copies, we will send them via express postal service. Also, conference program/abstract book with ISBN and conference proceedings will be available on a cloud server for participants to download as well.

Abstract submission for the 60th EBES Conference will open on April 1, 2027. We would also like to remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is June 7, 2027. Also, the decision regarding the acceptance/rejection of each abstract/paper will be communicated with the corresponding author within a week of submission.uly
