Best Paper Award

At the 52nd EBES Conference, the John P. Rust Best Paper Award went to 

“CEO Gender, Boardroom Participation with Endogenous Decisions and Firm Productivity” by Mary Armijos from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Ecuador and Segundo Camino-Mogro from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. 

We would like to thank Springer Nature for their support of the Best Paper Award.

The runner-up paper is The Impact of Citizenship on Intermarriage: Evidence from Italy” by Bianca Balsimelli Ghelli from University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy and Giovanni Gallo from Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy.

The third paper is High-frequency Trading and Price Efficiency: A Unified Model” by Louis Raffestin from Bordeaux School of Economics, France.
