In 12th EBES Conference – Singapore, the best paper award went to

“Contingent Capital: The Case of COERCs” by George Pennacchi from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, U.S.A.; Theo Vermaelen from INSEAD, France; and Christian Wolff, University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
