In the 33rd EBES Conference, the best paper award went to 

“Intertemporal Substitution for Consumption and Leisure: Empirical Evidence for Spain” by Antonio Cutanda from Universidad de Valencia, Spain and Juan A. Sanchis-Llopis from Universidad de Valencia, Spain.
