Best Paper Award

In the 43rd EBES Conference, the Best Paper Award went to

Using Data Analytics to Distinguish Legitimate and Illegitimate Shell Companies” by Adrian Gepp from Bangor University, U.K.; Milind Tiwari from Charles Sturt University, Australia; and Kuldeep Kumar from Bond University, Australia.

We would like to thank to Professor John Rust from Georgetown University for his generous support to the Best Paper Award.

Runner-up paper is “Do Higher Corporate Taxes Reduce Wages? New Evidence from Germany” by Sebastian Eichfelder, Mike Kluska, Jonas David Knaisch, and Hang Nguyen from Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Germany.

Third paper is “Monetary Policy across the Wealth Distribution” by Alessandro Franconi from University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy and Giacomo Rella from Roma Tre University, Italy.
